The Weetangera Fete is on Sunday 15 November 2026, from 10am to 2pm. We’ll have all your favourites, including the pick-a-jars, book, toy and plant stalls, plus the BBQ, raffles, rides and the colour run.
We are now calling out for volunteers to help us run fete day. There are about 150 hour-long slots to fill, at times from 8am–12pm on Saturday 14 November and from 8am–3pm on fete day, Sunday 15 November. To volunteer for a slot, head to our Volunteer SignUp and find one (or more!) that interests you. If you can do two hours we would love some volunteers who are able to do a double shift back-to-back on the same activity.
Fete wristbands ($10) and colour run entries ($7.50) are now on sale through Flexischools! Included with the wristband is one book from the book stall, one toy from the toy stall, one sausage sandwich from the BBQ, one soft drink or popper from either the BBQ or canteen, and one lollipop from the canteen. Order before November 7 to guarantee delivery to your child’s classroom before fete day.
We are also still looking for donations of new and unused toys, sports and games, kitchen, garden and beauty items (in original packaging and/or with tags still attached) to be raffle prizes (or cash donations to purchase items). We are also looking for donations of hundreds more pick-a-jars. These items can be brought to the school up until the fete.
